I don't remember ever seeing this page before but I don't think it was by chance that I stumbled upon it tonight.  I am so incredibly grateful to the people who have prayed for me and supported me and cheered me on.  This week has been emotional in so many ways for me and this just blessed me so much to see the love and care… it is like healing oil to my heart… Thank you so much  Penny, I am sorry about your husband, I know how devastating it is when you are "forced to retire"  I will keep you all in my prayers.   Thank you again to Bonnie for keeping you updated and for all the kind and loving words…. I have been down emotionally this week and this really was so nice to stumble on to.

(2 years ago) I thought everyone would like an update (afterall your prayers are what got us here!)  Mike is doing very well.  He was forced to retire (he was a concrete foreman and now has a 20 lb lifting limit)...he will never regain the heart function he lost, but he works very hard to stay healthy.  He walks Comiskey and Beemer every day and is very greatful to be able to do this.  We are forever in your debt...thank you once again.

Jennifer of Jennifer and Jackis in Colorado to determine what her best options are for her airway as she has cystic fibrosis and other serious chronic conditions. She has a serious kidney infection due to treatment she received earlier in the trip. With doctors appointments lined up the rest of this week she needs prayer to heal and be able to keep these appointments. Please pray!!!

I'm glad you've got a plan now. And with Comiskey and Beemer having a place to stay, that's one less thing you have to worry about, so you can concentrate on Mike getting better.
