My father passed away Friday night. I am still a little numb. I'm not sure it has hit me yet. My daughter is taking this very hard because he was more like a father to her. My grandchildren are also having a hard time. My mother passed away 10 yrs ago this April so dad was living with me. He was 89 and lived a full life and I was blessed to have him as a father. Please keep my family in your prayers. These next couple days are going to be very hard. Thanks, Denise

Hi Colleen, Thank you for joining us in the prayer group. We have all been anxiously praying for Guinness, of Jane, Guinness and Murphy. The good news is that his pancreatitis is improving. I also have asked for travel mercies as my daughter travels with daily chroninc migraines. So far God has given her the grace to make her trip with only minor/medium migraine pain. We are so grateful for all of the prayers. She flies back home on Wednesday.

I have a goldendoodle named Jake who will be 4 on August 3 this year and today I just started fostering Melby a beautiful owner-give up Labrador who will turn 5 in May.

Philippians 4:6-7
Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

Thank you, Jane. I have been and will continue to pray for Guinness and for you and DH. I may not be able to post while I am out of town next week, but I will be keeping tabs on my phone. Hugs to all of you.
