Wondering if anyone has had to enforce a time out. I think most owners are responsible in these situations and if a couple Doodles start acting up or humping too much.

Do you as the organizer need to intervene ?

Do you have your participants sign a waiver - ? how is it worded? .

I am sending out park rules..

So far I have -

Don't give other doodles treats

clean up after you dog

Dogs only allowed off leash in the 'marked areas

The owner is responsible for any damage or harm of your Dog  (?? this need better wording)

please put dog in time out - if needed

Any suggestions? It is my first one and I am looking for suggestions.

I print a waiver and no one goes in until it is signed.  I attached an example of the rule form I post.  My waiver frees me and the venue of any responsibility for injuries or accidents.  It is quite wordy, designed by an attorney.
