MONDAY:
B: string cheese and 15 almonds
L: 6 oz all white tuna, one cup dark green salad and 2 Tbs chipotle salad dressing, low fat yogurt..
D: 6 oz roasted turkey breast, steamed mixed veggies w/ 2 tsp olive oil and ground pepper.
1 pc garlic bread (couldn't help it).

3 tangerines
1 LF yogurt
snack: 1 hand full of roasted peanuts.
Chicken salad sandwich, olive oil mayo on dark grain bread
1 glass wine. (gotta give this up. Totally empty calories)
