MONDAY:

 

B: string cheese and 15 almonds

L: 6 oz all white tuna, one cup dark green salad and 2 Tbs chipotle salad dressing, low fat yogurt..

D: 6 oz roasted turkey breast, steamed mixed veggies w/ 2 tsp olive oil and ground pepper.

     1 pc garlic bread (couldn't help it).

TUESDAY:

B: string cheese and 15 almonds

D: Chicken wrap at Islands...YUM Oh, and a glass of wine.
WEDNESDAY:

1 Piece string cheese
1 banana
1 LF yogurt
Turkey spaghetti and sauce....I had my sauce on veggies instead.

THURSDAY:

2 pieces string cheese
3 tangerines
1 LF yogurt

 snack: 1 hand full of roasted peanuts.


Chicken salad sandwich, olive oil mayo on dark grain bread
1 glass wine. (gotta give this up. Totally empty calories)

FRIDAY:

 

Ususal cheese and tangerine

Subway - Veggie delight

hand full of almonds

Bowl of tortilla soup

 

1 valentines day cookie

SATURDAY:  a little wierd.

 

Turkey sandwich on 7 grain roll, olive oil mayo.

Eat right frozen meal from Fresh and Easy markets.

Grilled salmon, brown rice and stirfry veggies in a little teriyaki sauce

One valentines day cookie.
