@ Melissa's (and someone else's) suggestion, I thought I'd start a discussion thread for those of us here who are following WW.  A place to celebrate, share, cry, vent...whatever.  Who can't use the extra accountability, right?  It sounds like several of you jumped back on program this week.  Hope your week is going well.  Mine is going pretty good.  I loosened the reigns this past weekend with July 4th and all, but got back on track yesterday and back on track with the gym, so feeling pretty good.  With vacation last month and my work schedule being so nutty lately, it's been one crazy summer so far!  Glad to finally be back into routine (I guess until the puppy comes home later this month - oh boy!).  I attend my WW meetings on Saturdays, so we'll see what weigh-in has in store for me this week.

Thanks for setting this up Melissa.  I feel like I am back on track, but I am not going to meetings.  Mostly because of time.  Hopefully as things settle my  life will go back to normal.

I did get up early yesterday and today and do 30 min on the treadmill.  I did not share this with my DH because I don't want to disappoint should I lose my motivation again.   It is so blasted hot here, that walking the dogs after dinner is not possible.  The ground is still too hot.   Almost went last night around 7:30, but the monsoon was rolling in and you don't want to get caught in one of those.

I hope you have a good week.

Jane, I am with you, I am not sharing with to many people because I hate the expectations that come on me. I am doing well, finally got all my normal WW staples in the house. I plugged them in, some have changed as far as point value because  they changed the whole system.

I had a podcast with an amazing guy this week. He is listed for a double lung transplant and he is running a 10K tomorrow with his oxygen on.. so I figure if he can do it, I best get my hiney up, strap on my oxygen and do it too,

I did so well on WW and exercise for over a year and fell off the wagon when I got so sick, I got discouraged because I couldn't walk much less run, I am inspired by him, plus after he gets his new lungs I told him I am going to run a 10 k with him, I was close to doing so this time last year.

I went out to a fancy restaurant this week and I had two glasses of wine and an amazing dinner ..and amazing cream brulee. It was such an amazing chance with such an amazing guy, I just went for the gusto, I am still down some weight but I don't officially weigh in till tuesday...

Jennifer that is an AWESOME goal (the 10K).  I have never been much of a runner myself, but someday thought it would be cool to do something like that (maybe that will be a goal before I turn 40...still got a few years to prepare - LOL).  I hear what you are both saying about the expectations people put on you.  Stay strong!  I have my weekly WI tomorrow morning.  Felt like it was a pretty good week, so we will have to see.
