How long did it take your pack to "equilibrate"?

Hi everyone,
We have 3 doodles now. Brisby (1 yr and 3 months), jake (almost a year) and Pickles (3 months). Pickles has been home for a few weeks now. I think it's going to be awhile before our pack settles down. The structure of Who is top dog is up for grabs again.
How long did it take for your pack to settle in?

The first week was the roughest, but it was several months before they really were comfortable. My older doodle started peeing and pooping in the house after the new one came. geez. I know sometimes it doesn't work out but in our case we just had to be patient. Now they are great buddies.
