Molly is a poop eater...oh my!

I need help from anyone who knows what to do about poop eating.  It started after we gave Molly some pumpkin to firm up her poop.  Not wanting to leave our other dogs out of the pumpkin treat we gave them some and that's when the recycling began.  The other day she was running around the back yard with our 90lb labs poop hanging out of the corner of her mouth looking as my DH said "like a puppy with a cigar".  I don't want her to smoke!!!  I have tried canned pineapple to no avail, we pick up poop but are not diligent enough to get every poop I guess. Whenever Molly comes in from the outside I now wipe her face with a baby wipe & brush her teeth.  I no longer want doodle kisses from her and she has no idea why LOL. I have heard that MSG works but is that safe, and how much do I use??  Any and all suggestions are much appreciated.  Thanks ♥

The meat tenderizer gave Bella a terrible reaction of itchiness. Had to give her benedryl to help her. I have tried everything here too and nothing is working. I just do what I can and do a lot of smelling her breath just to feel safe. I never know what she will find in ways of bird poop or cats or someother animals poop I didn't see. It is frustrating, but I guess I can live with it. Now if she will just stop eating all my grandson's toys and any paper she finds I'd be a lot happier.

Good to know about the msg.  That was something that someone recommended glad we did not try it.  Going to see if the change of dog food flavor lasts if not Forbid here I come.
