I am glad this technology is "coming of age". 

I encourage everyone to carry a DONOR CARD.  In NJ the information is on your drivers license.

For a long time I was resistant but I finally realized that my organs were not going to do any good to me after death and perhaps would be able to either prolong someone's life or give them a better quality of life.
