Thank you everyone for your kind words.  When we arrived home from meeting Jake, Sheba ran up to the door and waited for me to let her in.  She ran through the house and wanted back out again.  Then she ran up to the car and barked.  Couldn't figure out what she was doing.  It finally occurred to me that she was looking for Annabelle!  That's when it really hit me.  (Tears in my eyes now) Sheba and Anna were very close.  I am going to call Jake today and see how things went on their long drive home.  I can't wait to talk to him!  He's a great guy!  They may join DK, I'll hit him up again!!  He promised to stay in touch and send pictures.  He was so happy to finally meet Annabelle, he was beeming!

 

Nancie, I asked Jake if he would be willing to meet up with you, he said yes!!!!

Oh I have tears for you Ann but I know Annabelle will be happy in her new forever home. I hope to meet her some time on one of my trips to Dover, MA. You are so wonderful to do what you do for these poor Doodles who only want a family and love. Thank you so much for making a difference!
