- About Me:
- I served in Army from 2003-2009. 3 of those years were spent in combat. in 2008 I was wounded by a roadside bomb and sustained a TBI. I struggled with PTSD that was absolutely out of control and took over my life until august 2012 when i received a service dog for ptsd and tbi from k9sforwarriors.org Skip is a labradoodle that is a rescue. he was found beaten severely and chained to a dumpster behind a gas station. the organization has given Skip and myself a second chance at life. he wakes me up from nightmares, doesnt let people get close to me in public when im nervous, and about 1,000 other things. i have never been happier in my life and its because my doodle has taught me how to love and feel again!

- i didnt chose my companion he was chosen for me by k9sforwarriors who rescued him. he in return rescued me.

- im spoiled because he is my service dog so we literally do everything together!

- A little bit but nothing major

Sometimes I just love to come on here and see pictures and read fun stories of other doodles! Welcome to DoodleKisses,and THANK YOU for serving our country.I love the Doodle in the sky picture. These dogs are wonderful.They seem to know just what people need and they arte there for them.I recently had shoulder surgery and I was worried about my THREE. They were wonderful,they have that sense about them. Not one ever jumped on me ,like they usually did. Wonderful... I hope you get better,God bless you and your wonderful Doodle !!!!!!
