About Me:

We have lived in Powhatan the last 17 years, just close enough to the city yet private enough to have nearly four acres within a subdivision to let the kids and dog run around!

We have a Goldendoodle, Lucky, the love of our family. We had initially intended on getting a Golden Retriever, but fell in love with this adorable puppy in a new pet shop in Midlothian. He was the only one of his kind and we took him home immediately. Lucky has the greatest disposition, is fantastic with the kids, a perfect addition to our family. An additional bonus we found with these types of dogs is they don't shed! How great is that!

Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?

I fell in love with him immediately and could not leave him in the pet shop. He was meant to be with us!

What are Your Favorite Things to Do With Your Doodles?

The kids love playing with him and hugging him. His fur is so soft, like a blanket! They lay all over him and he loves every minute of it! He is my baby!
