- Muppet-like F1 standard labradoodle called Annie - born on June 1, 2012. We also have a boxer, Lucy - born 9/11/2002, our sweet old lady.
- Where did you get your doodle(s)?
- Breeder
- Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?
- I was researching to find a dog with specific qualities that I was looking for: Good with other dogs and kids, smart, easily trained, and the labradoodle popped up. So I researched this dog along with the Newfoundland, but I'm not one for supershort lifespans, excessive grooming or puddles of saliva, so I went with the labradoodle. I also am a HUGE fan of the ragdoll look of the F1 labradoodle.
- What are Your Favorite Things to Do With Your Doodles?
- Taking her swimming, playing frisbee and fetch, CUDDLING, teaching her new tricks.

How to deal with a destructive dog

It had been 10 years since I had a puppy in my house, but who can ever forget the incredible and widespread destruction that a tiny ball of freaking-adorable can wreak on your house and personal accoutrements? Replacing the linoleum in our brand new house because there was a 3 foot mangled section 'removed' for us in a matter of minutes, teeth shaped holes in the drywall, carpet, shoes, underwear, purses, belts, very hazardous electrical cords... I had a dream about you and Annie last night. It was completely random and made no sense but at one point in the dream Goldie and Annie had chef's hats on and it was like we were in a musical. uh.... yeah....
Well crap.......in all this time I've been stalking your instagram page I just today noticed one of the tags was "labradoodlesofinstagram". Great......now I'm gonna have to go out and buy myself a smart phone - even though my old, crappy, flip dumb phone still works - just so I can post pictures of my dog just like you!

Did I ever tell you my bird's name is Lucy? Yea, she's about 26 years old and the meanest thing on the face of the earth.
Thanks for the info. Due to Cooper's food allergies I feed the dogs a no grain fish-based product but living in Florida, we both know it doesn't take much to dry out their skin. Gonna pick up some fish oil today on the way home!
