I am a nana to 9 wonderful grandchildren and owner of one "doodle." I love them all! I am married to a wonderful man (for 44 years) and we are parents to 3 terrific "kids" who married wonderful spouses.

Sir Walter Lovington was born on April 6, 2010 and adopted us on June 30, 2010. We "love him a ton" for he is our fun-loving Wally Doodle! He is an Australian Labradoodle!

Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?

We wanted to have a sweet, kid friendly, allergy friendly, non-shedding companion! Some of the pet dogs we have had in the past are a Llasa Apso, an Airedale, and a Lab.

What are Your Favorite Things to Do With Your Doodles?

Snuggle, play ball, groom him, take him on walks, be greeted by him. He's very social and greets us before food or any other activity. He loves the dog park. Lately, I have been taking him to work to help me in my counseling business. My clients love him as he senses how they are feeling.
