I know.  This site is a little confusing at first but you will get the hang of it.  I love what you did to your own page - happy colors.  It is different than say Facebook where you post a status line.  The status line comes up initially on the main page, but then falls off.  I do not know if you intended others to comment on your collages, but if you do, you should go the the main page and below the slide show, you will see your profile photo and a box where you can write a status line, or you can hit the discussion line and start a discussion.  You could tell a little about your trip and then click on the image box (which is to the left of LINK in the top line of the discussion box and add your photos from your computer or your page.  That way the discussion will appear at the top of Hot topics to the left on the main page - see where other discussion have been started.  I see you have found the groups section - yeah!  You will notice under your name on your page their is a box for "My ranking" where point are accumulating.  Whenever you download photos, post comments on other peoples discussion, start discussion, you accumulate points.  If you click on the on the cup next to my ranking, you will see the top ranking people on this site - have attained "Hopeless Doodle Addict" rank.  The name of your rank changes as you accumulate points.  Right now you are "Doodle Curious".  So participation helps your count increase - if you are interested in that.  Have you joined the photography group?  You have very nice photos.  Just an fyi - we are gearing up for the calendar submissions.  Every year Adina creator of this site, makes 2 to 3 calendars.  If you go to the bottom of the main page - I think you can see the calendar and the photos that were chosen.  Good luck - I hope you enjoy this doodle site as it has tons of info and social interaction.  If you run into a problem - just ask, someone will be able to help.  Thank you for the friend request!  Again, welcome to Doodle Kisses!
