I am a wife and mother. Our son is 10 years old and is very excited to be getting a dog.

We picked up our Miniature Goldendoodle on Feb. 27, 2010, from Whispering Kennel in Hull, IA. We named our puppy Chance. His parents are Ruby and Thad. He is very calm, yet playful, and very loving.

Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?

We wanted a non to low shedding dog, lovable, smart, and a medium size dog. Oh, and of course had to be very very cute!!

What are Your Favorite Things to Do With Your Doodles?

Right now he loves to play with his toys, play in the snow, go on walks, and take long naps.
