Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?: I like the characteristics of the goldendoodle. They are friendly dogs that are easy to train, and they don't shed.

This is a great place to share about doodles. There are many groups that you can join. For example, there are groups by area, for grooming, nutrition, health/medical, types of doodles, puppy groups etc. Look at the top of your page and click on Groups - check them out. Enjoy!

Peri is a mini. Her breeder has some mini/petite litters coming in November I believe. www.goldens-n-doodles.com

She is not a broker; I have been to her house; she is great! Peri's sister in a NYC girl!

My family and I are looking to own one, especially after what we've read and learned about them. I haven't had any luck finding any breeders close to Long Island,New York. I found the cutest little mini goldendoodle via "Americas Top Breeders"...http://www.purebredbreeders.com/puppy/, however, I'm a little leary/skeptical dealing with a broker, not to mention the breeders located in South Carolina. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
