What Type of Doodle(s) do you have? What are their names? Tell us about your doodle(s) or any other pets you have!: Labradoodle - mom is a chocolate lab and dad is a standard poodle; both are registered with papers. :-)

His "full" name is: Maximus Lucious Webster (I'm a big fan of Braveheart and Gladiator ;-D)

Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?: I chose Max because I was looking for a low/no shedding dog. My husband didn't want the pet hair all over our house and my dad and sister are VERY allergic.

What are Your Favorite Things to Do With Your Doodles?: Play fetch with Max outside...he loves it!

It sounds like you need to work with your dog on basic obedience. If you find a class which focuses on positive training, it will be very rewarding for you and the dog. There are plenty of tools to try to help with the pulling. There is a harness made by the people which make the gentle leader called the easy walk harness. It prevents the dog from pulling based on the design. The people who sell them will also help with fitting the harness to your dog. The premise of the halter is that when the dog pulls, it turns them so that they never get where they want to go. If you don't have time for a class, you may try finding a trainer who will work with you at home but it does sound like training is necessary. Good luck!
