About Me:: Retired...and lovin' it.....but we lost our labradore 2 years ago to cancer....and I have empty nest something awful!

What Type of Doodle(s) do you have? What are their names? Tell us about your doodle(s) or any other pets you have!: We have our new labradoodle Meco...a sweet bundle of pure chocolate love. Born September 16, 2013 at Good Day Doodles to Mia x Schhoggi.

Where did you get your doodle(s)?: Breeder

Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?: Plain ol' cuteness!

What are Your Favorite Things to Do With Your Doodles?: Cuddle, play with toys, go to training.

Does your doodle(s) shed?: Nope!

Relationship Status:: Married

Fortunately, I was able to go up to visit the puppies a couple weeks ago with a nice camera and I got a lot of really cute pictures, so I have just been feeding my puppy craze through them! I haven't actually ordered anything yet, but I have had quite the online shopping cart on chewy.com for quite some time now! Food for me I think is going to be Orijen for at least the first stretch of puppyhood to try to get her off to the best start possible, but I'm not sure how long I will do that. I know it is silly, but shampoo has actually been one of my internal debates! I just want a soft, fluffy, and sweet smelling doodle baby and can't decide which shampoo is the best doodle shampoo!

At 2:34pm on October 25, 2013, Ann & Duncan said…: Hi Kathie, I talked to Butch via email today and am getting Duncan's sibling, an apricot boy. So I'll be bringing two pups home on the 16th or 18th. My sister had suggested the name Raleigh for my black boy, but I had already decided on Duncan. So have decided to call the apricot boy Raleigh. Double meaning though as we had a family friend whose name was Raleigh Martin. I might end up calling him Mr Martin, but also he was born in Raleigh. It was a hard decision and I waffled for several days but this morning when I got the pictures- well, I couldn't refuse! I'll post another picture as I don't have one of them together yet! I know you are counting the days!! Ann

He's a small to medium size with a splash of white on his chin. really excited but waiting for more connection as three liters were born in less than 2 weeks so thinking they are really busy right now. In fact one chocolate girl died last night. She has put me on the reservation list for Callie and Toby's babies due in January. That time will be here before we know it. Please send a picture of your little one when you can! Thanks, Ann
