It's hard for me to believe that last Thursday, September 18 marked a whole year since I anxiously opened the very first picture of Ragley and her newborn litter mates all snuggled up to her mom. I spent endless hours staring at that single picture, wondering which one would be mine and hoping ardently that my breeder would post more pictures. Oh, how far I have come!

I’ll start with a disclaimer: I am fully aware that my dog is a mix of golden retriever and standard poodle.
I have taken Ragley everywhere with me since the day she came home. Being a friendly sort, she thinks she is God’s gift to all the people of Earth and so we meet a LOT of people when we go places because she is very proactive in greeting her new human friends. Hi Stephanie, sorry for not getting back to you earlier, but my account was blocked, because Adina thought I was advertising when I asked people who would be interested in doing a self grooming workshop in the future.
About my thinning scissors: I have them made myself based on what most Doodle coats need to be able to be shaped and thinned out professionally and properly. You can find them on my webshop www.doodlecomfort.com.

I am still glad I have them. I very occasionally use one on Luca for the HERE command when he forgets what it means. But that reminder, on vibrate a few times, works wonders. I am a very loosey goosey trainer but the dogs are generally good doing what I want them to do and rewards work wonders.
There's no reason you can't switch her now, and there's no reason you can't switch her to Acana. Protein content doesn't have all that much to do with high activity levels, but the protein content in the Acana formulas is more than adequate for any dog who isn't running the Iditarod, lol.
I'd follow the adult feeding guidelines on whichever food you choose. She really doesn't need to be fed as a puppy any more, sad as that might make you. :)
