How interesting. Finn too has changed colour since early puppy-hood. You can see his baby picture on Ann Bankert's page, on her photos. He was chocolate and white, but the chocolate on his head especially has faded to lilac - the same as his Mum (she's a solid lilac). His butt and tail have remained chocolate but faded and now have an undercoat of grey! He's a little scrappy chappy for sure. And yes aren't the eyes great. You can imagine people comment on them all the time.
Your Casey is gorgeous. We are forever bonded in the month of February!
If Casey was all black - he sure has had an adventure in trying out different colors!
Toby was much more golden-ish as a pup and had the worst looking coat - but he has improved and looks pretty typical now. I had faith, mostly, but his sister looked so pretty and fluffy that I worried a little. LOL He finally "doodled out" as our breeder says.
Welcome Kim!
Oh, my ,Casey is a very distinguished looking young man! I understand the bouncy part - we've got one of those! He does not jump up now but goes into several minutes of figure eights with a toy in his mouth when someone comes to visit.
Can't wait to see more pictures!
