Yes, Stanlee is a labradoodle, an F1 to be exact. That whole “non-shedding” disclaimer did not factor in at our house as Stanlee sheds like a cat. Good thing non-shedding wasn't one of the deciding factors as I don’t think I could live the next decade wearing a personal respirator.
We have gone through the "mouthing" issue and at a touch over a year old, Stanlee still has difficulty with it a time or two every day. He gets so excited when I arrive home from work and feels the need to "hold onto Mommy" for a moment or two before he can settle down. The only thing that has helped at our house is making sure he has a "woobie" or toy to put into his mouth instead of my arm or clothing. His woobies are just pieces of scrap fleece with a knot tied at one corner. I find if something else is in his mouth he doesn't/can't mouth as hard or as long.
Congratulations on training your doodle girl so quickly! She looks like a pistol in her video. I look forward watching Mazel grow into a lady.
Hi Lesley ~ Congratulations on choosing to get a sweet little doodle! I am looking forward to seeing photos of your new little one - March will be here before you know it. When you get a chance you might want to check out the groups section on the main page and join as many as you like. There are over 350 groups of which some of the more popular are the photography group, grooming group, puppy madness and food group which might help prepare for your future addition to your family. Welcome to Doodle Kisses.
Kooper did come from Darby Park, as did Sparky Yang. Kooper was already potty trained when I got him at 8 weeks old, he knew to go pee and poo on sod and never had an accident in the house. When I brought him home, I placed a chunk of sod in his pen until he got used to the entire house. I also hung Tibetan bells on the doors and trained him to ring the bell to go out. He is super smart. He never ripped up anything or chewed on any furniture.. still does not destroy his fluffy squeaky toys.
Send me a private message to ask me specific questions. Kooper is terrific!

That actually made me giggle aloud!
I'm so sorry; I just realized I called your little man a girl. Apologies!
