About Me:

We live in Oswego IL. I grew up with a dog (shepard/collie mix) and knew that I wanted my son, who is now 10, to share that same type of companionsip that I did growing up. Since he doesn't have a brother or sister, I thought it was even more important to bring that into his life. After 3 years my boyfriend gave in and we began our search for our next best friend.

What Type of Doodle(s) do you have? What are their names? Tell us about your doodle(s) or any other pets you have!

We have Rusty, a red, male Goldendoodle.
He has a shaggier, wavy coat which gives him a little more rugged look. He is extrmemely smart, and loyal-won't be in a room without us. Loves to play fetch and loves doing things to get treats!

Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?

We wanted a dog that didn't shed much, as my boyfirend has mild allergies. We looked at several "non shedding" breeds, but thought that the doodles had the best temperament and personality, and were the cutest!

What are Your Favorite Things to Do With Your Doodles?

We love taking him for walks. We get stopped all the time by people who think he is adorable and want to know where we got him. We love watching him run in the yard with his ball, or swim in his little pool.
