About Me:

I have an 14 month old (born June 2, 2008) mini australian labradoodle, Paddy. I am told he is now the size of a small medium (now 18 inches to the withers and weighs 26.1 lbs). I am a single woman working in corrections as an Assistant Deputy Superintendent; Director of Treatment. We have a NEADS prison puppy program to train service dogs in our facility. Paddy and I are in the city of Northampton, MA, Monday through Friday ( He attends doggie day camp while I am at work) and on Friday afternoons we drive northeast to Groton MA for the weekends. I love walking, hiking, the beach, and other outdoor activities in my free time. I am a huge Red Sox, Patriots and Celtic's Fan...as well as a big fan of my nephews' football teams. Paddy seems to be a big sports fan too. We play catch with squeeky baseballs and footballs all the time. Too, Paddy is quite a mascot for my nephews' football games....we attend classes generally, one night a week. Sometimes, Paddy is the demonstration dog for a job well done, and sometimes, well we can be examples of distracted goofballs too! I LOVE HIM! My LOVE BUG!

mini australian labradoodle, male, born June 2, 2008: Paddy. Color: apricot. Personality: dreamy, cute and sweet, very sweet. He is 18 inches to the withers and weighs 26.10 lbs. He loves bully sticks (Big thick ones from BRAVO) chew toys and playing. He is definately a barker, as a request to play, and as alerts. He goes into his crate for the night. Even the vet wants to keep him. Everywhere we go, everyone wants him. I love him, just love him. I could not imagine my life without him!
We have 4 cats in Groton: 'Punkin, Fritz, Lulu and Hannah. Paddy is learning that "cats rule".

What are Your Favorite Things to Do With Your Doodles?

He loves frisbee,soccer ball, baseball and he adores his football. We love to play and run in the yard. He LOVES the pool, loves freezing cold weather and really dislikes heat! We walk, and he LOVES to get sticks along the way. Paddy loves it when I water the flowers because he jumps in and gets wet too. Paddy loves the cats, however his idea of playing and the cats' ideas are not always the same...needless to say, Paddy is learning. He has recieved a "paddywhack" or two from 'Punkin (the oldest cat). He is presently a local star in beginner agility.

Who grooms your doodle(s)?

so far, I do. I comb him every day or every other day to get him used to it.

Favorite Doodle Products?

The brushes I obtained from Patty are great.
Too,I am considering purchasing some thing to bathe him with.
And he LOVES all natural bully sticks....a good indoor replacement for sticks!
