I have two children in college so am living alone at this point. I have been an animal lover for as long as I can remember. I am basically quiet and love to read.

What Type of Doodle(s) do you have? What are their names? Tell us about your doodle(s) or any other pets you have!

I just got a Goldendoodle - my first Doodle. His name is Matteo. It is Italian and means "Gift from God". Matteo came to me at 12 weeks and was housebroken. Wow! When I tried to teach him to sit, he already knew how. Then we went on to shake and lie down and he was a step ahead of me with those commands, also. He loves to play fetch. We also have a cat and Matteo is very respectful of him. That I was able to teach him.

Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?

I always thought they were adorable and heard they had great personalities.

What are Your Favorite Things to Do With Your Doodles?

I've only had him for a week now but he loves to fetch and from the start brought the ball back to me and dropped it in my hand for another throw. I love brushing that wonderful soft fur.

Does your doodle(s) shed?

Nope!

Who grooms your doodle(s)?

I will take him to "Looking Good" in Ballard. Sue is a great groomer and it's worth the trip to me.

Favorite Doodle Products?

Haven't had him long enough to know yet.
