New Moyen Poodle Puppy... how big do yo think she'll get?

- About Me:
Hello! My name is Barbara and I admit..I am a Doodle addict!
My family and I live in Woodland, WA and I started my breeding program about 6 years ago after becoming obsessed with the Doodle and owning 3 of my own. It was a tough road with a very steep learning curve and after 6 years doing it I still can't say I know it all and I will never be able to claim that.
We're all pretty dog gone happy around here...especially my spoiled dogs! I use a guardian program so all my breeding dogs live in family homes and I keep 3 of my own. I raise all our puppies in our house and I do not use kennels of any kind. I do genetic testing on all my dogs and I am proud of what I've produced. Our puppies are beautiful, healthy and above all HAPPY!

Daisy is my chocolate Standard Poodle and she also happens to own a big chunk of my heart.
Teddy is our neutered Aussiedoodle and my DH's Best Friend...he takes him everywhere he goes (see above in the car)

- Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?
I just fell in love with the way the Doodle looks. I grew up with a Standard Poodle so I already knew that anything mixed with a poodle had to be cool. I do not believe the hype about them being "mutts" because all dog breeds were originally developed by man so who is the official dog breed police and can say "Enough is enough"? The AKC? No, I think not. I think that reputable and responsible dog breeders who are developing new bloodlines of Labradoodles and even other mixes are pioneers. I respect them for not being scared of what other people think. Carry on! Our Doodles are amazing!
Aussiedoodle bred by me.. can you seriously call this a mutt? She is beautiful!

- I love to cuddle with my dogs, train, take long drives, play in the back yard..my dogs keep me grounded and happy.

Hi there. I have a question for you since you are a breeder. Do your English Doodles have that bumb of knowledge on the back of the skull. And what do you think about it. It goes with out saying the pups are beautiful!

Thanks so much on the compliments on my blog :) I adore your puppies, doodles and that beautiful chocolate standard poodle!!!! We have wanted to take a trip to the WA/OR area for such a long time. Maybe we could all romp together when we finally get out there :) BTW I agree with all you have wrote above regarding food, vaccines etc.

Hi! Thanks or the comments about Mulligan. You asked where he came from... I found him on Petfinder at a volunteer rescue in Kentucky. I was EXTREMELY lucky that my home was chosen as Mulligan's new home... there were over 30 applicants for him.
I don't know the story how he got to the rescue... the woman who runs the rescue just said that he was brought to her by a breeder who labeled him a "surplus" puppy that was too old to be sold. Which is fishy because he was only 9 weeks when he was dropped at the rescue. She said he was full of worms and flees when she got him. Doesn't matter what the story is really... he's home now.
His temperament is... mild-mannered, laid-back, happy-go-lucky and already pretty obedient.
I really lucked out with this one... he's my lova!
