About Me:: I am an animal lover...I work at an animal hospital and foster for Doodle Rescue Collective, Inc. I have 3 kids and have been married to my husband for 14 years. I am lucky to have a family who supports me in my passions with animals.

What Type of Doodle(s) do you have? What are their names? Tell us about your doodle(s) or any other pets you have!: I have an almost 2 yr. old F1B doodle named, Lexi. She is the sweetest soul and welcomes all of my fosters with open paws. She is timid with people until she gets to know them...especially men. I also have an almost 4 yr. old Airedale Terrier named, Figgins. He is the king of the house and is also good with our fosters. I keep him in a doodle cut vs. a terrier cut so, I am asked if he is a doodle all of the time.

Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?: Working at an animal hospital, I see all kinds of breeds and mixes. The labradoodles and goldendoodles that came into the hospital were always so friendly and scruffy (I seem to have the affinity for scruffy) and I was hooked on them. Now that I own and foster them...I can't imagine ever being without one!

What are Your Favorite Things to Do With Your Doodles?: My favorite thing to do with my doodle is to cuddle at the end of the day after my kids go to bed. My dogs know that this is their time with me after the craziness of the day is over. I also love to take my dogs for walks, drives in the car...really any activity that they can join me in.

Who grooms your doodle(s)?: I do mostly. My doodle really only needs a face trim a couple of times a year by a groomer. She is pretty much a wash-and-go girl.

Favorite Doodle Products?: I'm not sure if I have a favorite "doodle" product. But, my dogs do love Glenhaven dental chews. Around my house, we call them "doggie crack" because the dogs love them so much.
