Saw your question on the SheepaDoodle. I'm not really familiar with them and have never spent any time with one, there is a reputable GD breeder near me that has started breeding them. If you are interested PM me and I'll give you the info.
The kinds of breeders I would buy a puppy from don't usually have puppies available, there is usually a long wait, but you never know. But it gives you a place to start and get an idea what a truly "reputable" breeder looks like, lol. When you contact these breeders, they may know of other breeders who do have a puppy available.
Oddly enough, when I started looking, I did not find many Standard breeders in your part of the country. The ones I know are in the Midwest (WI, MN, MI), CA, TX, and NJ. This one is in KY. It's a place to start.
