About Me:: I'm retired. I am a long time NY Giants fan and a NY Yankees fan. I've lived in Los Angeles for over 40 years.

What Type of Doodle(s) do you have? What are their names? Tell us about your doodle(s) or any other pets you have!: We have a golden doodle, Trixi. Trixi is also a NY Yankee fan. Her favorite sport is baseball, though she does not retrieve and she does not swim. She sees no use in constantly bringing a ball to someone who repeatedly throws it away. She is a princess who does not like to get her hair wet.

Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?: Too long of a story. .Suffice it to say, one day my wife and I saw a young couple, with the cutest puppy, who were dining at an outside table at the restaurant where we were having lunch. I picked up the puppy and petted it. Fatal mistake. My wife asked the couple where they bought the dog. When we got home. my wife contacted the breeder via internet and before I could say Jackie Robinson, or offer an objection, Trixi was on her way air freight express.

What are Your Favorite Things to Do With Your Doodles?: Of course I walk her. She gets me out of the house every day, which is a good thing. I love to pet her soft fur and form pointy spirals on top of her head.. She is quite a "licker" and if you let her, she will make you crazy. Like many other dogs, especially Doodles, from what I understand, she loves to steal things, like a sock or hairbrush and have me chase her around the house until she lets me catch her. Then I have to pet her for the privilege of retrieving my possession.

Favorite Doodle Products?: We walk her in a harness. We feed her home made "nice rice" and also feed her Science Diet.
