- About Me:
- I have been married for 27 years and have a 22 year-old son and an 20 year-old daughter. I am a CPA but have been a 'stay at home mom/school volunteer' for the past 13 years. My husband and I are empty-nesters as our daughter is a student at Texas A&M (Whoop!) and our son is working in Dallas (Duke '12). The only children we have at home are our four-legged ones!
- What Type of Doodle(s) do you have? What are their names? Tell us about your doodle(s) or any other pets you have!
- We have an F1 Goldendoodle named Knox. He was born 12/20/09. He is absolutely adorable, but what doodle isn't? We also have Courtney, a 14 year-old Jack Russell, who rules the roost.
On 12/17/12, we adopted Flash, a handsome F1 Goldendoodle who was being rehomed thru the DRC. This amazing love bug and bed hog was born on Christmas Day of 2011.
- Where did you get your doodle(s)?
- Breeder, Rehome
- Why did you choose a doodle rather than another breed or mix?
- We were the proud owner of Tahoe, the best dog ever, who just happened to be a goldendoodle. After we suddenly lost Tahoe in early 2010, I just had to get another one! We had big holes in our hearts that had to be filled!
- What are Your Favorite Things to Do With Your Doodles?
- We love to go on daily walks to the neighborhood park. Lately we have been going to the local dog park and meeting up with our doodle and non-doodle friends!

- A little bit but nothing major

This past Saturday, several Brazos Valley Doodles and their owners participated in the "Paws for a Cause 2K Run" which benefited a local rescue group called God's Little Creatures.
