What Type of Doodle(s) do you have? What are their names? Tell us about your doodle(s) or any other pets you have!: I'm looking to get a Goldendoodle and would like as much information as possible regarding shedding and allergies. Thrilled that you are here in DK to educate yourself on doodles before adding one to your home. There is technically no such thing as hypoallergenic. A dog might not shed but you could be allergic to their saliva. It truly depends on the particular dog.

You didn't say how old your children are. Doodles, in general, are great with kids when they both go through training - both dog and children. Children have to be taught what is respectful to a dog from the dogs perspective.
