Mater seems to be doing okay, but tires so easily. His heart rates seems to vary from 50 bpm to a little over 60 bpm. We'll get him back to the vet for more investigation after the holiday weekend.

For everyone we talked to last night, I wanted to let you know that Mater's blood tests came back excellent. Everything looks exactly as it should. We still have some concern about the slow heartbeat. When I checked him this morning it was only about 45 bpm, much lower than the 60 bpm that is considered the low average for a dog his size.
