O.K., it is over with. Cimmy was spayed yesterday. I didn't think about how this would effect me. I feel a bit sad. I have just taken away from my baby the ability to have babies. Do I want to be a breeder? NO! I just can't imagine someone taking the ability to have babies from me, so I am struggling with doing this to her.

My daughter, Emily is beside herself with excitement! My mother has gone out of town for the weekend and has left her standard poodle, Brulee with us. She is only with us for 3 days/ 2 nights, but I am sure that my mother is trying to get the children prepared for bringing Cimmy home in 3 weeks. Emily constantly says, "I love Brulee." Our baby was born in the wee hours of the morning!!! I was out late (for children) and the kids were at a friend's house. Went to pick them up at 10:30 and 2 of the 3 were still awake!!! I really feel sick to my stomach!!! Our new baby may be born tonight or tomorrow! I just got word that the mom, Tula may be in labor! I don't remember feeling this way when I was having babies!!! The part that I am dreading is that I am going out tonight and won't be able to check my emails. This is one of the few nights I have been out in over a year and look what happens!! I need to be sitting on the computer!!! I am going to be a MOM again!!!! OMG!!! I really do feel sick.
