Well, at the tender age of 60, I'll be completing my California Teaching Credential and my M.Ed. Finally! What I want to know is this: Does anyone know of teachers who take their dog(s) to school with them as therapy dogs? I know of several private schools who allow this but so far have not heard of this happening in a public school. Please let me know what you might know about this.

I'm guilty of gazing at the dog clothing when I go to WalMart and PetSmart and thinking how "cute" they'd look......oh WAIT! I'm getting a DOODLE, not a chihuahua!!! Can you see a dress on a standard doodle?! Yikes! Okay, I bought her a t-shirt that says "Kiss Me, I'm Housebroken". I would love to hear how welcoming a doodle into your life has positively impacted your exercise regimen. I am walking daily and doing some light stretching, for instance, so that I can be ready to meet my soon-to-be-born doodle's exercise needs. How has having a doodle helped you?
