Another Call for Help to Goldendoodle and Labradoodle Breeders!!!

Remember when I told you breeders it was time to move to Walla Walla?
Remember when I offered you a Breeder Relocation Package to help make the move a smooth one?

I promised you I'd start making puppy socializers...and being a woman of my word, I made Natalie! How many more socializers do you need? Tell me. Cuz I'll get to work!

What I'm trying to say is I have horrible puppy fever (again! it must be spring) and all our members acquiring new doodles left and right are driving me insane! I don't think I really want my own new puppy right now--but I want to play with other people's puppies. Must play with puppies!

So...dear breeders, won't you please consider Walla Walla?

You know how Pennsylvania is considered a puppy mill mecca? Well...if you fabulous, responsible breeders moved to Walla Walla...our state could go from being famous for apples to a Responsible Doodle Breeders Paradise! Instead of people equating Walla Walla with onions--it can be the place EVERYONE looks to for the best bred doodles ever!

Yes? Yes? Can I get a woot woot?

*sigh* I tried.

I, too have puppy fever. Do you think that there is an innoculation against it?

Hey Adina...Nancy and I had it all planned out. If Clancy Doodle (AKA Buck, No Name) didn't work out we were going to personally fly up to Walla Walla and deliver him to your door step. We know you would never turn him away...it would be love at first site and Nancy could rest knowing he was in a loving home! But...looks like Clancy is staying in Riverside where I can visit him with only an hour or so drive. Geez, I feel like an Aunt to Clancy Doodle. I think because I was the first to meet him, kiss his Doodle nose and totally fall in love with him and Gracie loved him too. Also, since my son's name is Clancy I have a personal affection to the name and therefore, who it belongs to. I was ready to go "first in line" if it didn't work out for Nancy. Though I still have a tough time thinking of sharing my "Gracie Love" with another Doodle. Though I did it with two kids so you would think I could do it with two Doodles!!! lol

When I was in the phase of I'm never getting another dog after we lost our little poodle, I used to go to the pet shop in our neighborhood just to hold and play with the puppies and get my puppy fix! Never intended to buy one there as I would never buy from a pet shop, but I needed a fix and I figured they needed a little love as well!

When I first started reading your post I thought you had actually lost it ..... gone over the edge, then I remembered your puppy fix post from last year and started to realize you were just begging again!

Is this why I ended up with my 4th dog!!! I knew something was in the air. I was able to avoid this phenominon (however you spell it) until I actually came face to face with this guy - not even a puppy. Then I got sad because no one even called to check him out and I posted it and e-mailed all of my dog-loving friends. Ah well it was meant - I want grandbabies so much I adopted my great, great niece as a grandbaby.

Karen: So sorry YOU didn't get to foster him yourself. I think it's hilarious that it is almost a year ago that my previous puppy fever took hold. It HAS to be spring!

Laurie: I'm jealous!!

I am sitting in a hotel room right now waiting to go pick up my new puppy in the morning. The 350 mile drive took over 10 hours due to the heavy traffic and now I wait until the morning. Puppy fever got me too.

You've even infected me with your puppy fever! For about 8 hours today, it looked like I might be getting a 3 month old foster doodle, the cutest puppy in the world, and now that we know he's safe where he is, I am actually very disappointed. All day I was thinking of names!

Babies and puppies. I want to visit both. Guess I'll just have to watch the greenery coming up, not quite the same though.
