Bailey has expensive taste !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! UPDATE...Bank Replaced..yipee!!!!!!!!

I think the picture says it all.....It is either laugh or cry with this one!!  My hubby gave me 150.00 so he wouldn't be carrying it around in his wallet while he went to play golf.  He put it on the couch while I was sitting on the floor brushing Bailey.  I got up and completely forgot about it.  Got on the phone to talk with my mom, then got on the computer to see what was going on with DK....  I glanced over and guess what I see out of the corner of my eye....part of President Grant hanging out of Bailey's mouth.  so I run out and she spits it out and then on the floor I see...you got it...part of Ben Franklin laying on the floor!!!!

 

So I gather up all the pieces and I have them in a baggie...Thank God she doesn't seem to have a taste for either a 100 or 50 or she would have eaten them both LOL

 

My question is. I have all the serial numbers and most of the bills...Do you think if I brought them to the bank they would replace them if I went in and said:  Excuse me sir, but my dog ate my money?

Too funny!  I agree, take Bailey to the bank along with the most recent 'deposits' that Bailey made in the back yard, just in case they need all the pieces.

I think you should take Bailey into the bank with you.  They will adore her and really get a kick out it all.  I take Gracie Doodle into the bank with me and everyone loves her!!!!  It is a total guarantee you will get your money replaced!  haha

Fudge did that same thing, but it was only a $10 bill. I took her with me to the bank and told them if they had to throw her in the slammer or hold her until the rest of the pieces emerged, I would understand. The teller cracked up and replaced the bill. They will replace it. Bailey, You little stinker :)

I could only laugh...I cant wait to see the tellers look on their face tomorrow when I hand her the bag containing "the evidence".  I couldn't very well yell at her since it was my DH and my fault for leaving it there to begin with...

Yes, the bank will replace your money.   You have plenty of evidence that the $100 and $50 bill really existed. Once our poodle ate a stack of homework papers, probably because they smelled like kids, and I had to go back to school and tell the kids that my dog ate their homework.  They loved it!
