Bocker Represents Labradoodles for Animal Planet's DOGS 101

I was lucky enough to represent labradoodles in Animal Planet's DOGS 101. We filmed in NYC a few weeks ago. It was a segment on hybrids. Was a lot of fun and a lot of work posing under the hot lights for so long. They said it should air sometime in October.. Then this past weekend, they wanted to film lots of doodles together..so we had a meet up at Best Friends in Norwalk, CT. Was lots of fun with lots of doodles. I was happy to learn that a few people there had gotten their doodles from rescue organizations. So many people are surprised that there are doodles that need to be rescued!

How wondreful for you and your beautiful dog.you must be sooo proud.How long have you been going to training? I have a 6 month australian doodle male who seems to be going backwards,I must get him back to training,we went FOR 3 months . I know its not enough I would love for him to be a thearape dog but i understand it takes years!I cant wait to see the film you did I will be waiting!!!! good luck.

Yes, it will be the same as the "purebreds". This is the show about "hybrids". I hate the term designer dogs!!! They will be discussing everything about the breed..coat, temperament, etc. Not sure how much they will talk about rescue. I did a radio show, with mom, of course, and we discussed doodles needing to be rescued. We keep trying to get the word out!

That is so exciting! What kind of info do you think they will be discussing? Health, coat, training like they do with the Purebreds they 'review'?
I hope they bring rehoming and rescuing in the program somehow.

As a matter of fact, I do have an agent. Looking for a good publicist now if anyone knows one. I am so happy that I have been able to do all that I have and meet so many wonderful people. I'll keep you in mind as a side kick. Let's face it..I think we are all treat-driven...I'll do anything for cheese!!!

Hey Bocker-do you have an agent?? Just wondering because there could be a future for you-maybe your own TV series. You are a handsome devil after all. BTW-if you do become famous, pls remember us and maybe you could give me a part in your next movie. I have talent-really I do. I can sit, still working on stay, I do jump on people though, but oh yeah-I can shake paw too. Well, maybe I could be the bad guy(dog). Even though I'm a pretty nice guy.
