Can Someone Please Tell Me... WHY????

As I sit here (in the later part of morning) at my kitchen table, drinking coffee with my lap top in front of me, I look around - only to see.... a floor that needs vacuuming, furniture that needs dusting, a counter FULL of mail that needs to be sifted through, and smudge on my windows and doors that need to be windexed clean.  (and a 18th birthday and graduation party in 2 weeks for my son to plan and clean for)  So WHY then do I sit here searching through forum posts, blogs, and my DK e-mail when there is SO much to do?   Some (non doodle people) would say I'm obsessed and have no self control.  Maybe..... but, What do YOU think?

I believe we may all need therapy!!!  LOL  My DH and grandkids said to me last night, that it is all I look at on the computer    Doodle Kisses..   I really hate to miss anything and want to keep up on all the news.

I think, as I sit here in front of my computer in my new doodle nite shirt instead of drying my hair so I look presentable, making my DH's oatmeal while he is out jogging with Daisy, making my unmade bed , and ironing my pants for work, that this is what I'd rather do. The rest of the world needs to figure it out not me. :o)

You are so bang on.  I need to spend time on FB for work, I need to blog, I need to call my customers, send emails, and do numerous other jobs around the house but what am I doing?  I'm here!!!  Can I tell the companies I work with "sorry DK is so much more important, or I'm sorry but I just have to go play with my puppy" NO WAY, so for now I'm pleading acute tiredness from over-work.. The truth is acute tiredness from overdosing on DK!!! and my gorgeous Riley.

Funny that you should post that Shelly.  I did the exact same thing today and commented to my DH that I just sat at the computer all day and did Doodle stuff.  The first thing in the morning...throughout the day...after dinner every night until bed time that is what I do!!!  My vacuum made it to the living room and there is sits since yesterday!!!  I will feel better about this once my new tee-shirt arrives saying I am a Doodle Addict...then I will be justified...ha ha

Yea, totally addicted. Facebook has nothing on DK. I love this site. I have been super busy, and was at the cottage for a few days and I seriously experienced withdrawl. Sometimes I end up staying up so late because i can tear myself away from my computer LOL. I need a support group... oh wait, DK is a support group. Everything is fine then. :)
