Last night, CharlieMarley again refused my invitation to come upstairs to bed. He whined a bit at the foot of the stairs.

I went up to get ready for bed. Then I heard more whining...louder...closer.

He was 3 steps from the top! He came the rest of the way and got to sleep on the bed. He was soo good. All night.

He does the stairs like a pro now. Yay CharlieMarley!

So...after reading this, I figured it would be a while before Rua would go up our stairs. No such luck. Left Rua with DH in the family room and went upstairs to the main level Guess who followed me and made it up 14 carpeted stairs. My DH would have lost money on that one.

I forgot to mention...he is okay with cats. Blair has been upstairs pouting since he got here. But they met nose to nose tonite. Charlie wanted her to play but he didn't chase her. (he his probably tired of all these old, grumpy animals that won't play with him.)

Wow, that didn't take long. Amazing how when they finally "get it" it just happens. So, now is he running up every night and getting on the bed??
