Dry paw pads

Little Dood's paw pads seem so much rougher and more dry than Clifford's. Is there anything to put on doodle paw pads to keep them soft?

- I'm a mom to two goldendoodles (the golden boys), a labradoodle and a teenager; wife to Mike. After many years of being a workaholic our doodles are just what I needed to make me take a breather and enjoy more relaxing endeavors. Now I love to play with the boys and foster doodles - how could it get any better than that?

- We began our doodle journey by fostering Clifford and it took very little time for him to win us over! Little Cloud came to us as a foster too and he was such a great match in temperament to Clifford we decided he should stay too.
- What are Your Favorite Things to Do With Your Doodles?
- Play, play and more play. Snuggling too, of course.
- Does your doodle(s) shed?
- A little bit but nothing major
- Who grooms your doodle(s)?
- My husband - he's getting pretty good at it!

All this time Mom and Dad kept telling us the bed wasn't big enough so we have to sleep on the floor (well, it is mostly Dad that says that) so today we set out to prove them wrong! As you can see, there is plenty of room for all of us....we even left a little room for Dad over there in the corner - as long as long legs Jake doesn't stretch out too much.

One advantage to adopting a doodle is we get to pick their birthdate. We had an estimate of when Clifford was born, which made his birthday sometime in June. Since my birthday is also in June I couldn't think of a better way to celebrate than to ask Clifford to share my birthday. While I'm more experienced, he's cuter and younger so we are sure to have a great day. What a rescue can accomplish…
Both our boys, Clifford and Cloud, are rescues. Clifford came to us 13 months ago at the age of 10 months, he was found abandoned by Joe Louis Arena in downtown Detroit and was naturally afraid of cars as I’m sure he spent time dodging them before being rescued.
