Clover is having one of those "It's Mine" days.  Everytime I turn around Clover is doing something she has been trained not to do (at least I thought so).  So the saying "It went down the toilet" has finally happened.  Clover dropped my cell phone in the toilet and thank goodness she hasn't learned how to flush it.  Remembering other funny lists I've read before inspired me to write one just for HER!

It it's in my crate, it's mine.

If it's in my mouth, it's mine.

If it's edible, it's mine.

If I like it, it's mine.

If I can take it, it's mine.

If it bounces, it's mine.

If it's smelly, it's mine

If it involves mud, it's mine.

If it's in the laundry basket, it's mine

If I chew something up, it's all mine.

If it's mine, it will never be yours.

If I break it, it's yours

Yes, I grew up on the islands of the Azores.   It is a very nice place, but to be honest I feel as if Seattle is more my home then Portugal.  Portugal is where I physically grew up but Seattle is where I grew as a person.  Someday I will return to Seattle.  I do go and visit Portugal as often as I can.

How long will your niece be living there?

LOL- love the list!

Clover, you're very lucky your mommy loves you so much!

Tina, I guess this means she's really truly home for good! When they start acting like they own the place, it's a sure sign they're feeling secure!

Naughty Clover! Maybe she doesn't want her mommy talking instead of lavishing her with attention?? Always be careful with the drop it command. Cute list!

The phone might actually work again if you take the battery out and let the whole thing dry out.

Clover and Owen are cut from the same cloth. I just extracted my glasses and a pumice stone from his mouth five minutes ago. (Yes, both at the same time.) He's 7 1/2 months and seriously believes anything he wants belongs in his mouth. He looks completely nonplussed when we tell him no. sigh.
