Cooper models for Acana!

Lynda - l let Coopers fur grow throughout the year. In the summer I trim her down to about 2 inches, then let it grow again. I brush her with a Les Pooches brush, about once a month, and pull apart any mats that might form daily. Every few months I use an Oster undercoat rake to thin out her fur and to remove any big mats. I trim her face every week or 2 (whenever I cant see her eyes) and just recently started using thinning shears on her muzzle and under her ears. I use a dematting spray when I brush her, and an Earthbath spray between baths. I bath her every 4-6 months and use Earthbath mango tango (shampoo and conditioner in one).

Great photo session.  It is fantastic that he is so friendly with the cat.  My dogs have never really known a cat, but they watch them out the window all the time and whine and bark.  Cooper looks like he has the same coat as my ALD.  Do you just let it grow or what kind of special care do you need to keep him looking so great?
