Doodle Diary, Day 11: To Grandma's house we go!!

oo7dessYesterday we took a walk with an elderly neighbor and her two papillon dogs in the field, it was so much fun! Vanessa and Sable were both chasing butterflies in the field, I felt like I was watching a Hallmark card photo shoot! Also yesterday, I put out the kiddie pool and plopped Sable in there, she was NOT impressed and swiftly got out, oh well, we'll wait till next year for swimming lessons.

Today: Today there were quite a few accidents in the house... Sable has become a "multiple pooper" as of late... Am I the only one who has a pup like this? She'll go out, pee right away, wait a bit, then poop, come inside, and poop again??? I guess it just boils down to Brittany (or me...) not being patient enough, oh well, poop happens!

We also took a road trip to Grandmas' house and Sable rode most of the trip in my lap, or in her dog bed next to me. I had it smushed between the seats on top of the center console. She loves to ride, thank goodness! My mom has an almost 10 year old min-pin that Sable got along great with; she played with Tasha's toys, laid in her bed, and peed in her yard, Tasha didn't mind a bit! I wonder if it's because she knew Sable was only there "temporarily, LOL! My mom said all of my family in Quebec LOVED all the pictures of my new puppy Sable. Sable was very excited at all the flattery she'd been receiving, in two different countries no less! C'es tres bien mes amies!

Sable keeps jumping on my desk, errrr, gotta go!

My Neice raises calves on her farm (not a big farm, a few horses, chickens, and cows, dogs, cats, and kids) and when they get the babbies they have to bottle feed some of them, it's hysterical and when they wanna play, it's funny how cows can have such personalities I hate when they go to auction or to be butchered.

Yup, those are our cows, we have about 300 all over the place; different ages, and in different barns & pastures. Sable growls at the cows in the field and shakes like a leaf around the big milkers in the barn. The only ones she seems to tolerate thus far are the calves, makes sense to me!

what cute pictures. are they your cows in the pics and what does Sable think of cows, wonder if Sabel thought the water was to cold....it takes a little time to get to know your dog and how often they go. I use to think younger doodles went more xs a day than older doodles, Hannah is 1x a day and Honey is still a 2 to 3xs a day pooper...guess it just depends on the dog.... lol.

Such great pictures. Guinness would only go in the kid's pool if it sat in the sun and the water got warm, and even then he only wanted to run through it and get his feet wet. He never actually laid down to swim. I think the multiple poops are just because he didn't go completely the first time. Guinness still goes "twice" on occasion. He'll do the first poop, then run around for a little while, then finish up. Not every time, but once or twice a week.
