Doodle Diary, Day 2

I just have to brag a bit; she has had NO accidents in the house, pottys on command outside, and slept through the night; 11:00pm-6:30am! Today she woke up a "new puppy" ; 10 times more playful and energetic. We also took her with us to Beltrami Studios; http://www.beltramistudios.com/site3/ (we had a pre-scheduled photo shoot for me and my 4 girls), Sable came along with, and she even posed! I can't wait to see the pictures! We thought she'd just play in the background or something, so cute.

The day wasn't over, so I have to add a bit.. Because we do live on a farm, I thought it was about time we introduced Sable to some of the cows! Well, calves actually. We keep most of the heifer calves in "hutches", little outdoor doghouse type units with an attached wire fence to enlarge their living space. Sable was very interested at first, but a little skittish, it was cute. Tonight, she ate her fill and then napped again on me, on the couch. I've finally got my snuggle puppy...

Yep, that sounds about right.It took Jordan a day to be a puppy after she came home. I grew up in WI and I have to say. I love calves!

Wonder how long it will take Sable to play with the calves???? I am so thrilled that everything is going so well! The long waiting period was worth it.

What a good girl. It sounds like she did fine with the trip...I'm sure she was pretty tired from all the excitement. Tiring them out always seems to help, and I'm sure you're little girls will do that. The pictures are so cute! Hope you have another great night.
