Doodle Diary, Day 7

Yeah! Sable has been with us for a week!!! Today she had her vet appointment. I forgot my paperwork at home...So they weren't sure about what vaccines to give her. No big, I just ran home and faxed it over, she got her shots & exam, and she is healthy! But of course I already knew that... I had fun using my new "Furminator" on my big labs outside today, Sable was awfully curious about all the "fluff" flowing around on the lawn. Sable has slept almost ALL afternoon, am I to assume it's from the vaccines? Poor Sable Baby... Everyone at the Vet's office loved her and asked lots of questions about her breed. I am thankful for doodlekisses, Jennifer of Grandview, and Kim of Manor Lake for answering all of my silly doodle questions! With my new-found Labradoodle knowledge, I was able to intellignetly answer all of their questions!

Glad Sable did great at the Vets...shots might make her a little tired today..but she will bounce back by the morning. Mine always sleep the rest of the day away after shots also.
