I always like to stay active and do some sort of workout. Today when I was doing sit ups, every time I pulled up, Jack was sitting right beside me and gave me a kiss.. e v e r y time! I did an extra 10 to see how long he'd keep this up and I have to say he outlasted me! What a good workout partner!

That's so sweet!  It makes working out so much more rewarding.  Halas sits on me if I lay down, so sit ups can be tricky.  Normally, he lays around while I workout, but as soon as the stretching starts, he comes over and "helps" me.  If there happens to be something in the middle of a workout that looks like stretching, I have to explain it and get him to move.
