Well, he passed. I really want to thank all my Doodle Kisses friends who have given me such great advice over the past couple of months through the training. I listened well. Took him to the store this morning and we walked around for an hour, greeting all kinds of people. Then I took him to the Agility Class that was being held at the place where he was tested and made him lay quietly watching the other dogs in class. I think he was pretty well tired out, so there was no nonsense during the actual test. For him the hardest part was standing still for the petting...he didn't jump but I could tell by the tail and wiggly butt that he really wanted to. So the first part is over. I'm going to stay with the same trainer and continue on until March when he turns a year and can take the Therapy Dog test. Again, thank you all so much. I'm so proud of him.
