How to Tell When You are Really Sick!

I have had the flu for two days. My two nurses, Fudge and Vern, are very different in their approach. Fudge checks on me constantly to make sure I am ok. Vern runs in briefly, but doesn't want to be detained in any way. He is a busy boy. Luckily, my DH came home early from work to help me out. I told him I haven't eaten anything all day and still felt bad. However, when I told him I did not even have the energy to get on DK, he said, "Wow! Now I know you are really sick."  From now on, that will be my sick rating....if I can't get on DK throughout the day, I am truly sick!!

Laurie fell better soon.......my daughter has it now, just crossing my fingers that I don't get it.  I've got a feeling with my 2 boys it would be "Hey it's time to play"

I hope you feel better soon.  I am sure the dk-ometer is a true test of severity of the illness. It means you should get some flowers or candy to help you get well faster and get back on line.

Yup, that is a sure sign of the Flu, I had it last week, couldn't get near the computer for 3 days, missed so much on here, took forever to catch up....But seriously, take care of yourself, and feel better soon, and let hubby help all he can...A little symapthy goes a long way....
