I Guess I Must Be Crazy!

They say when you keep doing the same things over and over again and expecting a different result, you're probably "crazy". Well, I think I fall into that category. We're celebrating another holiday, and what do I do whenever there's a holiday....yup, "dress up" the Doods. And how has that been working for me? You're right....NOT. So, here we are at Memorial Day Weekend. I kept the "pinking scissors" in the bag this time....no bandannas. I decided on a different approach. Old Navy had some really cute "Uncle Sam" Dog Hats. I thought this was my answer, especially because they actually fastened under the chin and would be hard to get off. When they arrived in the mail this week, DH just shook his head. He knew. So, yesterday was my day to get some pictures (with the hats on) for my Memorial Day DK page. The boys "flipped out". You'd think I was beating them the way they carried on. So, I just gave up...again. No picture. I had to photoshop in some "fake" Memorial Day decorations. Then they proceeded to try to destroy the hat...actually they did destroy it. Here's what that looked like.

So, they played with (fought over) the hat for a while. Guess who won that battle?

Actually, that picture of Murphy with the hat turned out very cute. You would never know he is in fact chewing up his hat! He looks like he is resting his chin on it. Great photo!!

My girls totally agree with Guiness and Murphy!! and they think eating the hat was the best way to 'wear' them! WOL!
They HATE the hat thing and balk at bandanas! - Halloween costumes - no way!
Save the money and use the pinking shears!
