but if the shoe fits - Rooney is a traitor.  My velcro puppy.  How can this be?  Rooney and I had gone to the airport to pick up my daughter who is here for the holiday.  Roo is always a wagging machine when dh comes home from NYC but what he proceeded to do when dd got in the puppy hauler - OMG!  He wasn't just wagging, he was shaking from head to tail while trying to wag - I've never seen him do anything like that!  He was trying to climb out of his car seat and having a total melt down.  So we got to dinner, he was fine at that point, had a great time and came home.  Later in the evening at bed time - he went into the guest room and spent the night with HER - WTD?  He always sleeps on my bed.  Rooney has only met dd 3 times - and she isn't even the biggest dog lover although her and her boyfriend do have a lab.  So what gives?  Rooney - mommy wants her puppy back!!!!

The above photos were taken while Rooney still loved him mommy!

Jane,  what a beautiful daughter you have!  Rooney is just trying to be a gracious host.  I love the pic where he's eyeing her dinner!!

So today we went shopping, got our nails done - had a great girls day while Rooney played at daycare.  Just now I'm looking around for Roo and I find him taking a nap with her on her bed!  I may have to ask her to leave - lmao!!

My sisters Doodle always sleeps on my bed when I visit  Vancouver about once a year. Her DH is very put out as he and Koby are very attached and he normally always sleeps on their bed.  Nobody can figure it out but it sure makes me happy.  Rooney is just being very sociable.  He'll be back to his velcro self very soon!
